There’s some fantastic tools on the internet that change the way you look at your own site. One of the tools that I know would be useful to you is the WeWe Tool which tells you how customer focussed the words on your website are.
Have you ever been to a party and there is a person there that insists on talking about themselves the whole time? Now look at your website and see if its just like that person.
